アンソニー・マッグルー（AnthonyG.McGrew,1954年-）は、イギリスの政治学者。サウサンプトン大学社会科学部政治・国際関係学科教授。専門は、国際関係論、グローバリゼーション研究、民主主義論。学部課程を終了後、学士のままリヴァプールにある大学の専任講師に就任する。その後サウサンプトン大学の大学院に復学し1988年に博士号取得。オープン・ユニバーシティ社会科学部教授を経て、現職。オーストラリア国立大学や立命館大学にて客員教授を務めた。近年、 デイヴィッド・ヘルドとともに、グローバル化する世界における民主主義の在り方としてコスモポリタン・デモクラシーを提唱している。
