コリン・グレイ（ColinS.Gray、1943年-）は、イギリスの国際政治学者。専門は、戦略研究、軍事史、安全保障論、地政学。マンチェスター大学で修士号、オックスフォード大学で博士号を取得。ランカスター大学、ヨーク大学、ブリティッシュコロンビア大学、ハル大学を経て、2000年から、レディング大学教授。
