プロフィール
ヘドリー・ブル（HedleyBull,1932年6月10日-1985年5月18日）は、オーストラリア出身の国際政治学者、元オックスフォード大学モンタギュー・バートン講座国際関係論教授。シドニー大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学で学ぶ。ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス講師・准教授、オーストラリア国立大学教授を歴任。1977年に再び渡英し、オックスフォード大学で教鞭を執る。国際関係論における英国学派の中心人物で、近年、再評価が進んでいる。また主著TheAnarchicalSocietyで提示した「新しい中世」という見方は、冷戦後の世界秩序の特徴として言及されることが多い。
